Don't read 404 as "deleted"

Symptom

Items in the list return 404 on single fetch. More than half of a 30-item sample.

Cause

It meant outside our ownership. Created by another tool, invisible to our token. Some returned 403, and a 403 in the mix settles it (exists, no permission).

Fix

• Before a batch, filter the list through the API
• The list API's status doesn't guarantee ownership
• A list saved straight from a search response is unverified by definition

★ 404 isn't "doesn't exist." It's "not visible with these credentials."
